DIGITAL NATURALS POLICY
Digital products are intangible and immediately delivered. They cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Consequently, all transaction sales are deemed final except under the specific refund eligibility conditions listed below.
1. Refund Policy
Beyonding Sales operates a decentralized marketplace where individual Sellers define specific refund durations for their stores. However, the platform overrides individual terms when severe listing discrepancies or technical deliverable failures occur.
2. Eligibility Metrics
✓ ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
- Product not delivered due to system errors.
- Files are significantly different from thumbnails.
- Main deliverables are corrupted or non-functional.
- The package contains malware or dangerous code.
- Duplicate charges occurred during checkout.
✗ NOT ELIGIBLE
- Simple change of mind post-download.
- Buyer lacks technical software skill to use file.
- Undisclosed software compatibility issues.
- The product has already been downloaded.
- Dispute raised after more than 7 days.
3. Processing Steps
To request a billing refund, you must initiate the following steps:
- Step 1: Attempt to contact the Creator directly through the platform store portal to solve the matter.
- Step 2: If unresolved within 48 hours, write to support@beyondingsales.site indicating your Order ID and screenshots showing the product discrepancies.
- Step 3: The Platform compliance officers will audit the claim within 3 to 5 business days.
- Step 4: Upon approval, funds will return to your mobile wallet or bank account within 7 to 14 business days.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
All registered members must strictly follow our acceptable conduct terms. The following activities will prompt immediate ban actions:
- Listing cracked or pirated utilities.
- Distributing materials promoting extremism, hatred, or adult media.
- Generating fake reviews, rating spam, or Sybil profiles.
- Executing denial of service (DDoS) attacks or hacking pipelines.
- Money laundering or initiating fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Consequences of Violations
Violating our Acceptable Use rules triggers instant suspension, forfeiture of accrued earnings inside profiles, and potential reports to law enforcement agencies under the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
