Welcome to Beyonding Sales ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), operated by Beyonding Sales.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform. They govern all access to and use of our web portal, API endpoints, payment systems, and RLS secure download pipelines.

To list products, connect a payout method, or purchase hosted deliverables on Beyonding Sales, you must comply with the following eligibility guidelines:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to perform binding payments.
• You must complete the identity verification required by our payment partner before payouts can be released.
• You must provide 100% accurate, complete, and authentic credentials upon signup.
• You must be legally permitted to sell digital goods and receive payments in your country of residence.

Each creator is authorized to maintain exactly one active profile. Any detection of Sybil creation, duplicate stores, or fraudulent registration patterns will lead to automatic system suspension and the immediate freezing of all accrued earnings inside our databases.

You hold full responsibility for keeping your login cookies, passwords, and API secret keys highly confidential. In case of suspected security breach, write immediately to support@beyondingsales.site.

Platform commissions are automatically computed and split from final checkout figures before creator payouts are dispatched. The standard system charges a platform commission aligned with your subscription tier (ranging from 4% up to 7%), plus a small flat fee per sale. Your exact commission is always shown to you before you publish a product. Payment processing costs are absorbed by the platform and are never deducted from a creator's payout.

Ads System spend incurs an additional flat 5% platform management fee to cover indexing cycles and content distribution audits. All system boosts are active algorithms and do not carry guarantees of fixed impressions or conversions.

Sellers must guarantee that all digital listings are hosted legitimately, containing robust legal intellectual rights. Listings must not contain malware, adult materials, copyrighted third-party tools, or software cracks.

The minimum price threshold for all listed items is strictly locked at $1.08. Sellers must answer buyer disputes and customer inquiries within a maximum of 48 hours.

Buyers receive a highly restricted, personal license to download and utilize deliverable items. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or group sharing of files is strictly prohibited under federal copyright laws.

Fraudulent chargeback disputes or system manipulation attempts will prompt immediate IP blocking and lifetime account deletion.

All buyer transactions are processed by Whop, our payment partner, which supports credit and debit cards, digital wallets and bank transfers in the currency you selected.

Disbursements are released to creators on a weekly cycles (minimum threshold of $1.80) after calculating platform fees, standard refund contingencies, and chargeback holds.
